We’re now seeking to fuel the next phase of our growth by adding a Business Analyst to our Business Development team, reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Our ability to adapt our product and delivery model based on fully understanding our customers’ needs, now and over time, is key to delivering the best possible Brand Activation Management solution.

The Role
Market Insights & Trends
- Research on current market trends within our MarTech landscape
- Research what our competitors offer with competitive analysis including areas of differentiation and where our competitors are choosing to innovate
- Work on identifying short-term and long-term opportunities based on research and analysis of the market insights & trends
- Deliver compelling insights to help drive evidence-based business development decisions
- Use multiple sources to understand market dynamics and competitor activity as well as new developments and innovation in our market
- Support CGO with M&A analysis
Customer Insights
- Gain a deep understanding of customer problems and pain points and turn these into key insights that drive the development of a new product
- Use qualitative and quantitative customer data to drive our decisions on the creation and development of new product and business innovations
- Understand customer needs and demands with market knowledge, research and customer feedback
- Understand why customers use our product and why some customers choose to leave us
- Understand how customers use alternative technologies and partner integrations
Business Development
- Work with the product team and Management to ensure the product is continuously evaluated and improved to drive optimal customer experience and that product roadmap prioritizations are based on key business drivers, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Continuously work with the wider sales, marketing and customer success team to share content and exchange ideas at various stages of our delivery model
- Build effective relationships across departments, senior leadership, and customers
- Effectively communicate product and business strategy priorities across the organisation
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in relevant field (such as Business Development, Management Consulting or Product Innovation) - experience from other SaaS businesses is a bonus
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring quality
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the new products and consumer spaces
- Excellent writing/grammar and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Excel
